REACHING INTO THE GAYLORD TAKING THE LIDS OF THE TOP OF THE TUBS

An APBS clerk at the Downing Rd. Annex reported that she recently suffered an on-the-job injury while popping green lids on [REDACTED]. She stated that she did not feel the pain resulting from the injury until the very next day. At that moment she saw a doctor immediately to find out the cause. It was deemed flank muscle strain injury. The repetitive motion from reaching into the tri-walls pulling out trays of various weight resulted to my side injury. Currently she is unable to lift heavy items for days she was unable to lay on my right side. She states that she still has tenderness and while that same motion without anything in hand causes discomfort.
