Delivering a business on the route

Employee smashed their finger in the LLV latch that would hold the door either open or closed. She was moving away from a business and the door wasn 't latched properly. The employee was slowing down and she grabbed for the door to stop it from slamming and got her finger caught which broke and lacerated the finger. This happened on [REDACTED] close to the [REDACTED] branch where the employee went for help.
