What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Clerk was working on the AOS leg in the LCUS. As she took a parcel of the rollers of the leg she stepped to turn when the weight of the parcel shifted on her she then jerked to try to stabilize the parcel so it would not fall. As she did that her left foot stayed one way and her left knee twisted another way. Which cause her injury to her left knee.
