On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Mail Handler was working lane 4 of the LCUS closing a sack. When she lift the sack to place it in the [REDACTED]; The door of the [REDACTED] was not properly closed and it opened up and dropped on her left shoulder. By the time she reported the incident her shoulder swelled up. I removed her from the working floor and asked if she needed medical attention. She said yes therefore I sent her to the nearest medical care.
