What happened
On [REDACTED] employee went to deliver packages to [REDACTED]. Upon arrival employee began to offload LLV when one box employee lifted had another box package inside which fell out and landed on their left foot. Employee proceeded with route and when they returned to the station Employee notified supervisor of what occurred. However no further instructions were given following the accident. The [REDACTED] Employee felt pain in left foot and it was swollen so they went ahead to the Urgent care to have it examined. After being discharged from Urgent Care employee notified supervisor of result regarding their foot.
