On [REDACTED] I received a call at [REDACTED] from employee who reports fell down on some steps which caused injure his right wrist when he fell on impact. at his Apartments I asked how it happened he said he was helping customer with a parcel key issue and when he turned around his foot slipped off the first step and landed on his right wrist. Asked [REDACTED] was he able to drive vehicle back to station or did he need someone to come pick him up. [REDACTED] replied he was okay to drive back.
