At [REDACTED] the Forklift driver was offloading a truck while he was trying to pull APC off the truck the APC kept getting stuck on the ramp. He went to the side of the APC pushing it forward as the APC hit the ramp he stumbled to the side where is left leg foot went through the space between the dock and the ramp hurting his knee down he also had scraps on both sides of his knee.
