What happened
Employee was working distribution when their back was strained due to repetitive motion. They did not realize the injury and continued working. On [REDACTED] Clerk communicated to me that she was in a lot of pain. I asked her from what and why she had come in if she was in pain. She explained to be that she had gotten hurt on the job on [REDACTED] and that she had communicated to everyone on duty at [REDACTED] that she had pulled something in her back. The back strain caused her to visibly walk differently. I instructed her to get off the window and seek medical attention.
