Pushing and pulling tubs on the [REDACTED] machine.

On [REDACTED] the supervisor received an email from ECOMP regarding a claim made by an employee. She stated that on [REDACTED] 12th she injured the back of her neck entire back and right shoulder while pushing and pulling tubs on the Flat Sorting Machine. Upon the employees return to work she was asked about the alleged incident she stated that she had told the Lead Clerk and that a coworker was witness to the incident. Both people denied any knowledge of this matter. The reporting employee was asked why she didn 't inform the supervisor and her response was I kind of did but I kind of didn 't.
