FED Postal driver in Postal tractor [REDACTED] with trailer 3738695 was traveling north bound on [REDACTED] on the fourth lane moving at [REDACTED] with heavy traffic congestion in sunny clear weather and dry road conditions when Postal driver was struck from the back. This occurred between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Postal driver [REDACTED] came to a complete stop when POV failed to stop and collided with the rear bumper of the Postal trailer. Due to the heavy traffic neither party was able to exit their vehicles and the Florida Highway [REDACTED] came along and advised them not to exit the vehicle and proceeded to assist both vehicles off to the shoulder of the off ramp of [REDACTED] Highway Patrol was contacted and arrived at approximately [REDACTED]. Upon his investigation the citation was given to the driver of the POV.
