I WAS LOADING TRUCK ON BACK DOCK. I PICKED UP A PACKAGE FOR 334 YULAN DR. IT WAS A LITTLE HEAVY SO I BENT MY KNEES TO GET A BETTER GRIP OF THE PACKAGE. I THEN TURNED AROUND TO PUT PACKAGE IN TRUCK IN THE PROCESS MY KNEE POPPED AND THE PACKAGE FLEW OUT OF MY HAND. I CARRIED MY ROUTE; HOWEVER MY KNEE IS ACHING. I INFORMED THE SUPERVISOR.
