Moving Trays

On [REDACTED] employee was carrying trays of DPS from the APC near RD59 's case to RD62 's case in the back of the office. As I turned the corner down the main walkway I did not notice a big box that was in the middle of the walkway near the City Case at the front of the walkway and tripped over the box causing me to fall forward onto the ground. I dropped the trays of DPS and mail fell out of the top tray. I told the Supervisor about the incident but there was no report filed at the time. I proceeded to finish my route that day but when I woke up [REDACTED] I was unable to walk due to serve back pain. I tried going to see a doctor on [REDACTED] but they needed authorization from USPS to treat a work-related injury. I am writing this statement in hopes of getting authorization to be seen for a work-related injury.
