What happened
On [REDACTED] when i returned to the station my left foot was bothering a little around the ankle and instep. I don 't remember spraining my foot when i was doing my route but I put more pressure on that foot for that reason I have an infured on my right foot. When I got home I put ice on it and keep my foot elevated during the weekend but today [REDACTED] when I put my shoe on it hurts a lot.
