What happened
Employee was working in States Rack SWYB operation and throwing sacks. He was in the middle of dropping a particularly heavy sack when it hit his finger and he immediately felt pain. He continued to work and try to ignore the pain however it kept swelling and the pain kept increasing. He then requested to seek medical attention.
