At approximately [REDACTED] Clerk was clearing empty gaylord (large cardboard box ) from the workroom floor on at the Station when she crossed Infront of the industrial fan blowing on high. The position in which the clerk was carrying the empty carboard allowed the wind from the fan to push the lower flaps underneath her foot causing her to step on the carboard box which led to her losing her balance and falling onto her right knee impacting the floor causing an abrasion just below her right patella (knee).
