Carrier stated On [REDACTED] I was in the back of my mail truck pulling up more packages to deliver. As I lifted a light package I had a sharp pain across my lower back where I had to sit down. I sat there for about 3mins got myself out of the mail truck where I couldn 't bend down and my back was instantly stiff. I then called Supervisor.
