carrier was involved in a industrial accident while delivering a parcel. Carrier was walking on the sidewalk to the animal hospital to deliver a parcel to the front door and a customer walking out of the pizza place and collided with her causing the parcel to strike her left shoulder and neck. Carrier stated she had she was having pain in her left arm due to the collision and she was sent to Texmed clinic for evaluation. No injuries were reported by the customer nor was any personal information provided.
