What happened

Verified: KR On [REDACTED] I was instructed to do the oversized RFS packages for return. At approximately [REDACTED] I rolled a gurney that included all of the RFS packages to the dispatch area to separate. Upon lifting a stand-up water cooler into the wire for dispatch from the gurney I felt a strong pull in my back. It was a shooting pain and it started throbbing. I figured that since the next day was my off day I would take it easy use a heating pad and take some [REDACTED]. Unfortunately the pain never went away so I had my wife purchase lidocaine patches while I continued to use ice heat and [REDACTED]. The pain got to the level that I could barely walk. I stayed home for two weeks to rest and do the recommended stretching ice heat and pain medication. I returned to work on [REDACTED] to see if I could make it through the day. It was some of the worst pain and I could barely make it through the day. On [REDACTED] I was throwing packages until [REDACTED] when I informed a co-worker
