verified kc [REDACTED] walked in office at start of tour stating she was overheated. Mgr inquired if she drank any water that am & instructed her to start hydrating. [REDACTED] cased mail and was fine then took her hamper of mail outside to load the truck. Within a few minutes carrier returned inside the office stated she got over heated and slipped out of the truck while loading and hurt her left ankle.
