On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Lead Clerk was helping direct mail movement to create more space at the LCUS and tripped on improperly staged mail loaded with a pallet jack. There was a box full of mail with no pallet underneath it to which she tried to sort some of the mail and tripped. She landed on her hip and rear and had trouble walking following the incident.
