On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] employee called transportation office stating that he is in the north yard at DVD and while he was going down from his tractor number 0610766 he got hurt and said that his left knee got caught on the steps of the tractor and that he thinks that he twisted it and also he stated that he heard a loud crack and he is in a lot of pain. i reported to the north to investigate i offered to get him an ambulance but he refused and asked to go home and he said he will seek a medical help if he needs too.
