What happened
I went to my work area and started cleaning up equipment. I noticed a wire in the walkway full of priority and newspaper knowing it was supposed to go to manual flats. I started to push and turn the wire to steer it towards manual flat at that time I had gotten a very sever jolt of pain from my shoulders my back and immediately stopped and looked at the wheels that 's when I noticed it was missing a wheel. I then went and informed my SDO he told me how wouldn 't tag the wire. [REDACTED] my MDO came trying to push it. I warned him not to try to hard that I just hurt my back trying to push it. He then had employee forklift threw the non-PIT area to move the wire.
