picking up DPS trays off of floor

Carrier on [REDACTED] stated that she strained my lower back in the morning about [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED] While attempting to pick up my Tray of DPS on the floor. I had to seek the help of a carrier on [REDACTED] to help of a carrier. On [REDACTED] to help lift it up. I thought I was going to be able to finish my route since we were short of carriers and didn 't know the pain was going to be this excruciating so i didn 't know it was going to get bad. I had to call the station to report the incident because I did nt inform my supervisor when it happened.
