At [REDACTED] approximately carrier states he exited my vehicle to let the car in before me. As he was walking back to the vehicle he lost my footing between the grass and the curb my left ankle rolled and he fell forward and attempted to catch myself. My right hand hit the ground first causing my thumb to bend back.
