What happened
Verified-DT On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] PTF carrier was loading her LLV that was backed in along the sidewalk of the [REDACTED]. A carrier came inside to announce that she had fallen out of her truck. Management found her outside laying on her side on the ground of the sidewalk at the end of LLV [REDACTED]. The carrier did not want help getting up she laid on the sidewalk crying. She was not wearing postal approved shoes. As she laid on the ground she stated she thinks it was her ankle and was not sure which one was hurting. A [REDACTED] 16 and 17 was given to her. The carrier stated on [REDACTED] via text that her ankle is broken and was instructed to send her filled out forms via email.
