What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] EAS employee sent me a text message that he was unloading a BMC off the truck when he felt a sharp pain run down the right side of his lower back to his thigh. Employee states he took a break and tried to sit down to ease the pain when he felt another sharp pain shot through his thigh. When the pain got worse he notified both OIC 's via text message. The employee stated he was going to seek medical attention because this was the first time this has happened to him. Employee stated that all medical documentation will be sent to the OIC when he receives it.
