What happened
On [REDACTED] A mail handler was asked to transport mail from the Flat sorter to the dock. He attached 3 post cons to his tow and proceeded to drive towards the dock at a slow speed. As he was making a left turn between dbcs #8 and communication center; the last post con that was attached locked up causing it to hit the supervisor on her right shoulder arm that was working at her mobile workstation (desk computer) on the outside of the communication center and outside of the protective safety yellow lines on the floor.
