At Approx. [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was attempting at Certified Letter to [REDACTED] when he was bit by a [REDACTED] dog on this left upper hamstring area breaking through skin. [REDACTED] had his satchel and dog spray while attempting delivery. Dog on premise sign visible on gate. Grandmother was signing for certified and then granddaughter opened the door behind her which allowed two dogs out. First little dog carrier was able to place satchel in between however was unable block second dog ([REDACTED] from biting him). Animal Control was notified..
