What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I was starting my loop on [REDACTED] I tripped up first step and hit my left foot on top step. My foot had some discomfort but I was able to return to my rt. I didn 't report it at the time due to the pain not being bad at the time. On [REDACTED] the throbbing and pain was really bad. I attempted to go to the urgent care to get an Xray but was told since it was a work injury I needed paperwork. On [REDACTED] I notified my supervisor [REDACTED] of the injury and that I needed the correct paperwork so I can seek medical treatment.
