What happened
On [REDACTED] a customer came in to pick up a package. He informed me that it was supposed to be two packages. When I got to the left notice packages there was only one package. So I picked the package up not knowing it was a car part and was over 35 pounds because it did not have the label [REDACTED] which is a caution heavy 35lbs and over. I carried it all the way to my counter to give it to the customer. I told him I did not see another package for him so he gave me the tracking . I went to Carrier and asked her to track it for me and that package was over 35 pounds as well every since then my shoulder been hurting. I need medical attention cause it hurts when I pull and lift and push.
