pushing hamper on dock

What happened

i was rolling my hamper on the doc and moved to the right to get out of the way of people coming the opposite way. I slipped off the dock and caught myself on the my right arm and my body went forward and my arm went backwards. my left leg hit the cement and banged my knee on the dock.
