What happened
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] I was delivering mail at [REDACTED] dismounting my truck to reload parcels. When I went to exit the truck the footwell became loose when I stepped on it resulting in me losing my balance. I landed awkwardly on my knee causing my knee to become twisted and swollen as well as difficulty in bending.
