What happened
There is construction on [REDACTED] Avenue. [REDACTED] was completely [REDACTED]ed off so to get to [REDACTED] I deviated off of the 800 [REDACTED] of [REDACTED] turn left on [REDACTED] and then right on [REDACTED] to get to [REDACTED]. Once I got to [REDACTED] I follow the line of travel until the end of the 900 [REDACTED] of [REDACTED] 901. [REDACTED] was completely [REDACTED]ed off but the construction worker allowed me to pass. The dump truck hauling concrete in the back slowly pulled up so I can pass through. I couldn 't see so I slowly inched up my truck so I can see if there were any cars coming I couldn 't see anything and before I knew it a school bus hit the front end of my truck.
