Maintenance employee backed up and hit mail handler 's portable tote with his vehicle. He did not strike it hard enough to knock it over and did not hit the mail handler. After a brief argument the mail handler walked a couple of feet and laid down and called [REDACTED]. He was transported by ambulance to Fairfax Hospital.
