Carrier was rear ended servicing mailbox @ [REDACTED] approximately around [REDACTED]. customer tried to flee the scene vehicle was inoperable customer fled on foot. Another customer followed customer until police arrived and arrested customer. Witness followed but did not want to leave a statement. Carrier cancelled ambulance transport and went to hospital on his own. Carrier reported that he had pain in his neck back and pelvic.
