On [REDACTED] the employee came to the office and stated that another employee hit the APC that he was bent over in with the tram. He stated that he did not get hurt. He also mentioned that his leg was already hurting from something nonwork related. I asked if he wanted to fill out a [REDACTED] just to have something on file that this occurred. Later at around [REDACTED] the first employee spoke to someone on the phone and that person told him to report an accident and fill out a CA-17.
