What happened
[REDACTED] is [REDACTED]. I was in the pit at approximately [REDACTED] thrown packages when employee brought a pallet of Walmart and dropped it off and backed up. I then started to sort those packages. Then I felt something touch my foot and when I tried moving it I noticed it was the forklift and started screaming a couple of carriers heard me over the 2 radios that where being played the carriers and the forklift driver. When he noticed he did let the forklift back off my foot.
