Carrier was delivering a package to a house.
What happened
Carrier ran to truck when a neighbor told her that the llv was moving at that time carrier fell flat down on her knee hurting her right knee. [REDACTED] was not on key was in carrier keys. Hand brake was on according to witness. [REDACTED] stopped itself when it reached the bottom of the driveway. I got a written statement from the neighbor about how the roll away run away took place.
