What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was on making a delivery on his assignment at [REDACTED]. He went to [REDACTED] to pick up package and he felt a tightness in his lower back. He continues to finish delivering the [REDACTED] and then returned to truck to take medication. He took 5 Advil’s and attempted to deliver parcels from route but had to stopped due to pain. He then called the station after [REDACTED] and spoke with supervisor who then transferred him to another supervisor to explain what happened. I reported to the scene after [REDACTED] where I took photos and wrote down a statement
