Employee claims while reaching for a letter from a seated position that had fallen on the floor he felt a sharp pain in his right shoulder and a twinge in the shoulder muscle. Realizing he still had movement he adjusted back up to a seated position. He found that his shoulder was suddenly stiff and felt as though he pulled a muscle. The discomfort was mild.
