On [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] carrier was servicing a mailbox at [REDACTED] as he put mail in the box and shut the lid he was rear ended by a lady in a light brown Buick [REDACTED]. As he was turning off the [REDACTED] setting the parking brake and unbuckling his seatbelt the woman approached his window on the left side of the [REDACTED]. She stated that there 's not much damage also told him I was reaching down because I dropped my cigarette She wanted to just give him her vehicle information but he told her he had to contact the police and his supervisor. He then contacted the supervisor and called [REDACTED] to report the accident.
