ON [REDACTED] carrier stated I have been with the PO for about 19 years as a city carrier. As a carrier my duties on any given day are but not limited to casing mail pulling mail down pushing hampers and other repetitive motion duties. On or [REDACTED] I noticed that my feet began to ache when I first stood upon walking each morning having experience Plantar Fasciitis due to work I quick recognized the symptoms.
