A Rural Carrier was leaning on an Amazon pallet during a service stand up talk when a Distribution clerk asked the employees to move from the pallet because the clerks were going to the pallet into the distribution area. The clerk went to pull the pallet into the area and while pulling the pallet he backed into the rural carrier shoulder with his shoulder injuring the employee.
