What happened
Carrier was parked approximately at [REDACTED] while doing a package pick up when the resident [REDACTED] reversed into carrier while in the [REDACTED]. Resident hit the carrier on the driver door shattering the window and making the door hard to open close. Carrier did not request any medical at the time of the accident. Once carrier returned to the office approximately at [REDACTED] and then stated that they were feeling pain on lower back right wrist and left ankle.
