STEPPING ON TOP OF SHOOTING LEDGE TO REPLACE TARGETS
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Postal Police Officer was stepping on top of the shooting target ledge to help replace used targets. As she was stepping onto the ledge which was approximately 2 feet tall her body fell backwards and she fell to the ground. She immediately grabbed for her knee but stated she was ok. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called in for 40 hours of sick leave. After speaking with [REDACTED] via phone she stated that she went to the doctor and was instructed to stay off of her feet for approximately 1 week. [REDACTED] stated she had swelling in both knees and her right ankle.
