Before the incident
I [REDACTED] am submitting a statement regarding the injury to my shoulder neck and right arm. I noticed shoulder pain sometime around [REDACTED]. I kept feeling discomfort but thought it was nothing serious. At this point and time I had a mostly walking route with cluster boxes and an apartment complex. As the pain worsen I seeked out a physical therapist and began therapy on my shoulder and neck. In the meantime I was seeing an orthopedic doctor and a neurosurgeon for imaging and testing. In [REDACTED] I won a bid to a mounted route more problems started to occur as doing my normal carrier duties. This time I 'm mostly in the LLV where there 's a lot of twisting to reach for parcels sprs and mail. My doctor performed X-rays and it showed I had heniation bone growth and arthritis in my cervical. I was also given an MRI which confirmed damage which confirmed my pain weakness pins and needles and numbness that radiates down my whole right arm. I 've been back to therapy and getting trea
