delivering parcel to the porch

Supervisor was notified by the employee that she fell on the route. Supervisor and manager went to the scene where we found carrier standing beside her vehicle. She did have a scrape on her knee and her hand was pink from where she said she fell after delivering packages on customer premises. She stated that when she was on the way back to the vehicle she tripped and fell and was in the grass for a few minutes till she made her way back to the vehicle to call a supervisor. She said she could drive herself back to the station. We had another carrier meet us at the site where we moved the rest of her route to the other vehicle and she drove herself back to the station. When we returned she asked for a [REDACTED] to take to the Dr. She sat outside and said she was waiting for her daughter. She had to pick up her child then she was coming to get [REDACTED] and then try to find time to take her to the doctor later.
