What happened
MVO stated the cyclist was traveling the opposite direction on [REDACTED] between [REDACTED] When the cyclist hit the median he lost control and flew towards the direction of the oncoming truck. Where he made contact with our Postal Truck # 8871630. MVO swerved towards the right and struck a parked car on the corner to avoid hitting the cyclist. MVO came out of the truck to check on the cyclist and stated he was injured by conscious at the time. The cyclist was transported to [REDACTED] of Mt. Sinai Hospital. The investigating officer confirmed that the cyclist is deseased.
