What happened
(Expeditor) called supervisor and said (express clerk) had passed out on the dock. She was working on the dock collecting registered bags. Supervisor went immediately to the dock area and was going to call for an ambulance but the clerk refused. When supervisor arrived she was laying on the dock concrete floor and the HCR driver was holding up her head in their hands. After 5-10 minutes they helped her sit up and and she took ahold of a basscart to assist sitting in a chair. She sat for 20-30 minutes and then was going to go home and didn 't want to be followed by management. When she fell she injured her right ankle and knee.
