What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee stated that she was seated at the window processing postage due and as she got up to dispatch the parcels her legs got caught in some cables that were hanging near the cash drawers. That led to her falling to the ground. Employee has recently returned from back surgery (non-postal related [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]). Employee refused an ambulance initially according to supervisor then stated that she would like the ambulance due to hip pain. In results of the fall I called [REDACTED] to ensure everything was okay. Employee was transported to Northside Emergency Hospital and later released with no injuries and no limitations.
